Desarrollador Senior

Front-End:
Javascript
- should understand closures, browser caches, local storage, managing ajax requests; ExtJS experience is naturally a plus
- experience with D3.js is a plus
- NodeJS, should understand how to script on NodeJS, knowledge of hapi.js is a plus
- Experience with Grunt, Bower, Gulp or similar
- Experience with a selenium compatible testing framework like Jasmine or MochaJS is a plus

CSS/HTML
- should know CSS3
- should be familiar with CSS pre-processors; something like LESS or SASS
- should know about Aria and accessbility
- understand new elements such canvas and svg graphics

General
-should have general understanding of browser level website performance tuning

Back-End

Java EE
- should have some experience building OO applications on Java
- experience with Spring, and Hibernate would be a plus
- experience with Maven, Jenkins, etc. a plus
- knowledge of Selenium Web Driver is a plus
- should understand issues with persistence, memory management etc.
- should have general understanding of EE patterns
- some understanding of best practices, security and the like

DB
- experience with SQL Server or Oracle a plus, but any SQL db is good
- should have some experience writing and analyzing queries
- understanding of indexes and plan execution is a plus

Server
- some experience with troubleshooting application issues on a server (i.e. going through log files)
- some knowledge of server environments and their setup

General
- should have an understanding of web application security
