We are looking for Human Capital Assistants:

The Deloitte Human Capital Consulting Practice has more than 6000 consultants, located in 55 countries around the world. We provide powerful business solutions to some of the world’s most well-known and respected companies.

Human Capital services leverage research, analytics and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership and change programs.

Candidates we are looking for:
- Strong academic performance in these or other related undergoing studies: Human Resources, Administration, Economy, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, among others.
- Problem solving and analytical mind-set.
- Interest in doing research.
- Team-oriented.
- Speaking, reading and writing fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
