What it is Expected From You?
• Generate and find new prospects and customers to achieve an agreed budget.
• Manage all levels of the sales cycle, from discovery to closing sales (including lead generation, qualification, demonstration, relationship management, sales proposals preparation and closing the sales).
• Keep and improve the existing customers (account management) and maintain the CRM system accordingly.
• Contribute to the marketing activities and propose marketing campaigns and ideas.
• Research & development of new markets and new industries for our solutions.
Skills Needed
• Ability to cold call, engage with prospects and identify key influencers and decision makers. Must be focused, polite and persistent.
• Ability to conduct, with ease, meetings in front of high level management.
• Excellent communication skills & an ability to quickly establish customer rapport over the phone.
• Able to independently plan, organise and follow job activities in accordance with their importance.
• Must be a fast learner who enjoys self-education and technical solutions.
• Must be able to generate well written correspondence to customers.
• Ideally the candidate would have some experience or exposure to the software business in the context of supply chain planning and/or manufacturing.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Our Latin America office is based in Montevideo; the role requires Full-Time dedication and availability to travel in Latin America or occasionally to our offices worldwide.
