We’re looking for candidates to fill a Payroll Supervisor position in our staff. We’re a multinational Business Process Outsourcing company dedicated to provide world class customer service to our clients.
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising payroll administration and compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. Understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned payroll administration team.
• Responsible for supervising and providing on-going training to the Payroll Administration team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with payroll administration team.
• Mentor and train junior level payroll staff.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Advanced level of English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• 3 years of payroll experience. BPO related experience preferred.
• Associates Degree with emphasis on business or bookkeeping preferred.
• Experience with computerized payroll processing.
• Experience in implementation/transition of payroll strategy a plus.
• Experience with ORACLE HR/Payroll systems and KRONOS a plus.
• Able to exercise strict confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be detailed oriented and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
