Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Under minimal supervision, is responsible for the analysis, design and development of dashboards, BI applications and reports using Qlikview and other BI Tools.
Some of the daily tasks will be (but not limited to):
· Data Model design
· ETL design
· UI visualization
· Report design
· Data Quality assurance

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

· Strong analytical skills
· Solid Business Intelligence solutions experience (Qlikview –preferred–, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, Analysis Services, Integration Services, MS Power BI or similar)
· Strong SQL and/or relational database knowledge
· Ability to work on several projects at the same time
· Good “Problem Solver”
· Willingness to learn and learn quickly.
· Ability to adjust to changes.
· Strong team player.
· Must be responsive and conscientious in their day to day responsibilities.

Knowledge of the following is preferred, not required:

- Qlikview 11
- Qlik Sense and NPrinting
- DBA Knowledge/experience (Oracle, SQL Server 2008-2012, etc.)
- SAP , Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Genesys, Aspect - eWFM , Siebel CRM
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects/Crystal Reports, MS Access
- Programming knowledge/exposure with VB, XML, Web Services and/or .Net
