Senior Scrum Master

Description
The Scrum Master will support one or more teams for different customers. Through a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum and their underlying values and principles, you will build high performing teams. You will be a problem solver, working within the organization to identify and implement process improvements.

Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field

Languages
Spanish and English (fluent)

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the organization and coaching the teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for everyone
Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and principles
Function in a highly interactive, dynamic and open environment
Lead teams in delivering functionality on time, within budget and with high quality
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Foster an environment of high communication, collaboration and accountability assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Requirements
Certified Scrum Master
3+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role
Knowledge/experience with servant leadership, facilitation, communication, collaboration, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency,excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing
