Altisource Outsourcing Solutions SRL is expanding operations in Uruguay through its Technology Services branch. We are building a top-notch product engineering team to drive the transformation and growth of our Company. Our goal is to incorporate talented engineers and technical managers with a proactive mindset to lead, develop and deliver a high quality suite of enterprise technologies to our worldwide clients.

Qualification / Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
- Relevant recent experience, 2-5 years supervising software development teams.
- Bilingual English level , fluent in writing and speaking.
- Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle. Proven experiences with project design, development, and deployment in a large scale.
- Must have experience working in global businesses, building products through Agile methodology, business process modeling, performance optimization, and scalability.
