We´re looking for candidates to fill a Team Leader position in our staff. We’re a multinational Business Process Outsourcing company dedicated to provide world class customer service to our clients.

Summary

Coordinate department efforts to achieve revenue Service level delivery, efficiency and quality goals, administers company policies, best practices and standard operating procedures to facilitate performance that exceeds client expectations. Provides the thought leadership and innovation necessary for continuous improvement while ensuring a positive and commited work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and reinforce positive behaviors through formal and informal reward and recognition.
• Encourage and develop teamwork among others and themselves.
• Demonstrate company core values and culture.
• Coordinate department efforts to achieve revenue and quality goals, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback for improvements.
• Act as a liaison between assigned staff and other departments, in house and offshore, communicating new initiatives and programs, and escalating appropriate matters to management.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Partial college or equivalent in relevant work experience.

Experience:

• 2 years minimum of related supervisory experience in BPO required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, both oral and written language skills.
• Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to direct and motivate others in a team fostered environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt to work in a multicultural and diverse background team
