We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in the following technologies:
HTML5/CSS3
jQuery
Responsive Design
PHP
MySQL
JavaScript
Additionally, experience with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket is essential. Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong grasp of the Google Marketing Platform, encompassing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Additionally, you must possess outstanding technical and leadership skills, evidenced by a successful history of leading teams to achieve their goals.
Fluency in English at an intermediate level is also essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage: Take charge of a diverse web development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital assets.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and best practices to enhance team productivity and consistency.
Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and oversee the team's workload to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Collaboration: Regularly communicate with the Head of Engineering to provide updates, address issues, and seek guidance.
Methodology Enhancement: Continuously improve website implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and go-live.
Analytics & SEO: Implement best practice SEO and analytics, and develop a robust website maintenance offering.
Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance team operations.
UX/UI Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI teams to identify and implement enhancements for digital asset performance.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to maximize potential.
