Our Research and Innovation Center (RIC) is an internal research unit whose mission is to help develop the firm’s capabilities to serve clients with leading-edge thinking, data and knowledge resources.
The Technical Services team, which sits within RIC, is comprised by attorneys and other professionals with deep expertise in matters relating to employee benefit plans and compensation programs in the United States and Canada markets.
As an Administrative Assistant in the Technical Services team, you will contribute to supporting the North American consulting staff in a number of activities that include:
• Reviewing, proofreading and circulating legislative and regulatory updates
• Preparing and circulating meeting minutes of different teams
• Managing and keeping track of a list of specialized subscriptions and databases, coordinating timely renewals and updating members’ access as necessary
• Managing different channels for information sharing across teams, including distribution lists, internal webpages and databases
• Assisting in the preparation of a variety of written materials communicating value added insights
• Supporting the team through general administrative tasks

We are offering a full-time position (40 hours a week plus lunch time).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and commitment to excellence
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (will be tested)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Office tools
• Must be comfortable working in teams
• Initiative and proactivity
• Previous working experience providing administrative support is highly preferred
