Albion F.C.: Business General Manager

Albion Football Club is an emblematic club of the history of uruguayan football, embarked on a professional sports and institutional project.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within a high-performance organization. In addition to deep knowledge of business management in its various functions, the role will require outstanding organizational, communications and line management skills.

Responsibilities include:
Will be responsible for delivering the Club's overall objectives in line with the strategic plan set by Ownership.
Will provide oversight, leadership, motivation and ultimate management responsibility across all the Club's activities ensuring that all teams and functions are working effectively and in alignment towards the achievement of clear and ambitious objectives within the constraints of a sustainable business plan.
Will be responsable for defining and owning budgets, infrastructure projects, commercial initiatives, operations, business planning, senior management recruitment and senior contract negotiations.
Will be responsible for managing relationships and proactively engaging with key external stakeholders, including other Clubs, AUF, FIFA, CONMEBOL, public authorities, sponsors, suppliers, the press, media and community organizations.
