Job Description:
The Service and Delivery Team drives SHS revenues through the delivery of hospitality technology products and services. Collaborating with hotels, the Service and Delivery Team ensures optimal and timely configuration of solutions to ensure customer success. This role will manage detailed implementation activities, and works cooperatively with the Delivery, Sales & Account Management teams to advance company goals.
A successful candidate must be willing to wear many hats and to identify and take on whatever day-to-day tasks required in order to make initiatives successful. This is a working project leader position with limited supervision, establishing day-to-day activities surrounding the implementation of products and services within the SHS Service Delivery group. As such, you will be responsible for adherence to processes and procedures in alignment with corporate SOPs.
• Responsible for ensuring completion of defined tasks required to on-board a hotel or chain of hotels to the company's products and/or services.
• Effectively manage concurrent implementations each at various stages of the on-boarding process, and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships in a customer-facing capacity
• Coordinates activities for multiple internal departments as well as customer activities on-time and within budget constraints.
• Serves as the customer's main point of contact from contract signature until successful implementation.
• Identifies risks, opportunities and corrective actions associated with projects.
• Contributes to the development of implementation processes and workflow automation to continuously improve company best practices.
• Responsible for producing standard project artifacts through interviews, partnerships, and facilitated sessions with customers.
• Hands-on management of detailed-oriented implementation tasks and checklists.
• Collaborate with others and act in an objective manner in order to effectively solve implementation challenges and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals
