The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting and global tracking and provide thought leadership and help define rapidly growing financial responsibilities, and support global financial operations.
·Knows advance Excel.
·Knows SharePoint (how to build out and manage).
·Experience working with Microsoft BI Products i.e. Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Access, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SharePoint Online.
·Provide financial and operational support to CFO.
·Assist in Intercompany Work Orders (IWO’s), track globally and monitor invoicing
·Assist in Revenue Recognition reporting & Invoice tracking.
·Compile global staff utilization reports as well as client budget reports and deliverables.
·Update monthly actuals, forecasts, and annual business plans.
·Monitor consolidation process for financial reporting.
·Enhance reporting function and related analyses.
·Help establishes “best practices" and implement consistent financial policies.
·Assist with the implementation of financial systems.
Job Requirements:
·BA/BS degree required (Business/Accounting strongly preferred)
·1-2 years of working experience in the marketing field in a program management capacity and managing data.
·Out-going individual, self-starter with a high level of initiative to get things done efficiently and logically.
·Advanced experience working with Microsoft BI Products i.e. Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Access, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SharePoint Online
·Must have proven analytical skills in working with data to ensure its accuracy.
·Creative, independent “out-of-the-box" thinker.
·Sound, decisive quantitative/qualitative analytic skills.
