The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction in both English and Spanish, supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. The role involves fostering a dynamic classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English and Spanish aligned with the school curriculum
• Promote bilingual language development through interactive and immersive strategies
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Recognized teaching qualification
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience teaching at the primary level
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student-centered learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bilingual or international school settings
• Familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches
