Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We work with a recognized leader in the construction industry, handling large-scale projects that require precise financial management. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to support our team. This role is key in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by focusing on cash flow projections, financial reporting, and overall financial operations.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant with a strong background in cash flow management, financial reporting, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in forecasting and managing financial liquidity, while ensuring that the financial data is accurate and in line with company objectives. This person will be instrumental in supporting senior management with insights into the company’s financial health and assisting with decision-making based on cash flow projections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements.
• Create and manage cash flow projections, helping ensure the company’s financial liquidity and operational needs are met.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts, providing clear insights to senior management on cash flow trends and any potential issues.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and other financial reports to ensure accurate records.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve cash flow and profitability.
• Assist in improving financial accounting processes and systems to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial data is accurate and aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and assist with external audits.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or significant experience in financial accounting, ideally within the construction industry.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial accounting with a focus on cash flow projections and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), able to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a results-driven setting.
