Strong leadership skills, ability to handle pressure and adaptability to changes.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Availability to travel occasionally will be required.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for organising, planning, controlling and increasing the efficiency of the entire Service reception and logistics department. Besides attaining the set sales and profit targets, the position requires a consistently high quality of service and expert advice, in order to attain a high level of customer satisfaction working closely together with Service, Sales, Logistics.
Maintain all logistical structures and processes, taking into account statutory requirements and specifications / standards of the manufacturing area.
Define concrete measures for Service on the basis of strategic and operational goals and their performance indicators, given the planning of investments, costs, unit sales and profits, in close coordination with Service Management.
Communicate and anchor goals for all defined measures within Service and ensure their implementation. Monitor and control Service through ongoing observation and analysis of performance indicators and key figures; prepare and forward the data to Service Management.
Create a marketing plan for Service; based on a the centrally created and sales support marketing measures for sales promotion and customer acquisition on the basis of market observations.
Ensure a consistently pleasant atmosphere in Service (Service reception and Customer areas).
Manage a mid-size team, constantly improving the team performance and capabilities throughout positive & inspirational leadership. This position reports directly to the local General Manager and headquarters in a daily basis.
