Controlling Analyst

We are building up a world-class Finance team and are looking for a Controlling Analyst to join our Team. An exciting job and a workplace is waiting for you!


Your mission:

you are actively engaged in the monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting process.
You work closely with the Accounting department as well as other functional teams and departments
You are ensuring timely, complete, and accurate reporting
You analyze the business performance, deviations from predefined targets and relevant KPIs
You are working on the further development of the existing management control system
You communicate the recent cost development reports to the management
You will push improvement in your country projects on standard processes and lead special projects

Your skills:

You studied business economics/administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance/Accounting (preferably a Master’s degree or equivalent)
You have at least 5 years work experience with a minimum of 3 years in the area of controlling, ideally in a multinational environment
You have proven experience working in a Big4
You know accounting principles and you are an expert in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP FI and database tools is a plus
Communication is a talent of yours and your working style includes being a team player, trustworthy, flexible and highly committed
You act independently and are results-oriented
You have a high affinity for numbers as well as strong analytical and multidisciplinary thinking
You speak English fluently
