CORPORATE BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL OFFICER

We are looking for an analytic and detailed professional with the capability to synthesize complex and diverse information. Developed relations and leadership skills for interacting fluidly with the CFO in order to provide quality information to achieve ambitious objectives in different countries and projects of the group.
A person who is motivated to assume with professionalism and enthusiasm, the rush of a Multinational Group active in diverse sectors such as natural resources (copper, gold, iron ore, oil and gas), energy, industry, real estate, private equity, among others, with more than 3,000 employees in South America.
Strategic vision is required, pronounced planning and organizing skills, commitment, confidentiality, adaptability to change, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

REQUIREMENTS
Accountant, Bachelor of Administration, or related training that enables the correct performance of the function. Postgraduate Studies in Finance, Accounting or Administration. CFA level III will be highly valued.
Relevant work experience, at least 5 years, in similar positions in organized companies, consulting firms, family office among others.
Outstanding management of the Office Package with an advanced Excel domain and knowledge of ERP. Database Managing system will be an advantage.
Bilingual English, to interact fluently with members of the organization in different countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain a reporting system at the corporate level, consolidating and analyzing information obtained from various sources, with the relevant KPIs that facilitate the decision-making process. Make recommendations and concrete actions.
Presentations to the corporate and family board, states, banks, management and auditors among others.
Analyze investment / divestment opportunities, including justification, valuation, tax assessment among others.
Collaborate with the CFO / FO of the Group in special projects ensuring their execution, in line with the defined objectives.

THE PROPOSAL
The position will be developed in the offices located in Montevideo. May require some international travels.
