Our organization is looking for a Lawyer, preferably with 2 or 3 years of post-graduation experience. Experience in legal departments within a established organization or with contract/commercial law in a law firm is a plus. Candidates who apply will need to master the English language at an advanced or bilingual oral and written level, but are not required to have experience working with other countries.

Responsibilities include:

•Creation, negotiation, approval, execution and storage of all contracts related to our business units

•Coordinating the contract review process, assisting in the creation of SLAs and contract forms and following up on the status of agreements with vendors and clients

•Legal advice related to executed contracts

•Ensuring each contract complies with all legal/admin requisites

•Facilitating meetings with counterparts to resolve issues or drive decisions

•Abstract contracts of the organization

•Other legal projects and key initiatives, as needed
