About The Position
We are looking for Retention Account executives to join our team!

Portuguese, English and Spanish speaker.

Retention is a team with three main purposes:

Retain signed customers (who ask to cancel course participation).
Billing Problems (to charge outstanding tuition fees).
Selling additional courses to current students.
Important things:

The working hours for this position are: Sunday to Thursday 15:30-23:00

Requirements
Portuguese, English and Spanish fluent speaker.
Previous experience in sales and/or collections.
