Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to create UX designs and UI mock-ups on a variety of projects for both internal and external users. This includes wireframes, site flows, visual mock-ups, etc.
Branding: Develop brand identities for different clients and prospects. Will design decks, presentations, proposals, and various institutional materials.
Teamwork: Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about UI/UX with the team and client.
Research and Learn: Connect the dots between business requirements, innovation, analytics, and good design through visual representation of ideas.
Leadership: Establish best practices and methodologies for how designs are documented and communicated.
Guidance: Work with project management teams to help establish priorities based on project goals and user needs
Requirement
2 years of experience in digital design: web mobile UX UI
Excellent visual design skills.
Strong communication skills needed to provide direction and to establish best practices within the team and clients.
Experience working with metrics-driven analytics and A-B testing schemes to validate design assumptions
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
CSS/CSS3 and HTML5 knowledge is a plus.
Experience with coding and development aspects of software development a plus
