Job description:
We are searching for a proactive self-motivated IT Infrastructure technician to join our Global IT team in Sportradar. The person will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 IT support tasks (hardware and software) for company employees both local and remotely, also performing administration tasks on company servers such as Active Directory, antivirus, security, among others and work with the global IT ticket queue system. Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential.
Main responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus and other company software to ensure security at the user level.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
• Conducting backup operations.
• Managing technical documentation.
Required skills and experience:
• MS Windows 10 Professional installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• MS Office 2013 / 2016 / O365 installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues on Desktop PCs. Deployment, maintenance, replacing HW parts.
• Kaspersky Security Center console administration (task deployment and scheduling).
• MS Azure experience (Active Directory, Permissions, Groups, Licenses, MFA admin)
• Network TCP/IP diagnosing and troubleshooting issues. DNS, DHCP, ISP, Firewalls, Switching
• Cisco VoIP phones (installation, configuration and troubleshooting)
• Printers (troubleshoot and assist users)
• Quest KACE Inventory management or experience with similar automatic inventory management database systems.
• Experience with Helpdesk request systems (incidents, service requests, user tickets, ITIL best practices)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
