Director of Admissions Marketing (DAM)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM) to join the Senior Leadership Team of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments through the delivery of an exceptional family experience from first contact to enrolment and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the school’s Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) strategy.

Manage the full Family Experience Journey, ensuring every family receives world-class service at every touchpoint.

Use data-driven insights to enhance enrolment performance and retention.

Build and strengthen the school’s brand presence in local and international markets.

Develop and coach a high-performing MAC team.

Collaborate with regional and central MAC colleagues to align school strategies with Nord Anglia Education’s global standards.

Oversee CRM data integrity, forecasting, and compliance with group data rules.

Represent the school externally with relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools, and other key partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in marketing, admissions, sales, or brand-building roles, ideally within a service or educational environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching teams to deliver results.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic action.

Digital marketing and CRM system proficiency (Salesforce experience an advantage).

Fluent English is essential. Additional languages are an asset.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
