E-COMMERCE PRODUCT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary:

We are Importers and Distributors of furniture and lighting operating through our online store. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and manage the product upload process on our website (WordPress-based).

The role involves editing product images, interpreting technical descriptions, preparing datasheets, and uploading complete product information to the site. You will work across both the front and back end of the website to ensure each product is accurately represented with the correct visuals, specifications, pricing, and SEO optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage products on the website using WordPress
• Edit product images using Photoshop
• Create datasheets and other documents using Illustrator or Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Interpret technical product descriptions and drawings
• Analyze English-language price lists and product documentation
• Perform PDF editing and formatting tasks
• Apply SEO strategies to product listings
• Carry out other related tasks

Required Technical Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• WordPress
• macOS (Apple systems)

Languages:

• Advanced/Professional English (reading and writing)
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus, but not required
