Full stack Developer

The key responsibilities include:
The developer will mainly be developing internal tools for all Kaszek teams: investment, talent acquisition and growth team. Ideally the candidate will have ML knowledge which will be used for internal tools. Other responsibilities include further development and maintenance of existing projects and special projects assisting growth team. Developer will work hand in hand with growth team who is in charge of leading tech incentives inside Kaszek, and will get to see the inner workings of Latin Americas most important venture capital firm.

Candidates Profile:
The ideal candidate will have experience working and evaluating machine learning algorithms and be proficient in both Python and Java. The candidate will also have ideally worked in startup environment before and should have exceptional analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Essential:
- Computer Engineering Degree, either finished or in the last years.
- Design overall architecture for webpage, full-stack knowledge and previous experience in web development (knowledge in front and back-end, database management, server management, etc.)
- Good knowledge of either Python or Java, Python knowledge will be assumed after first few months into the job
- Knowledge on code versioning tools (Git)
- Eager to be learning new tools, passionate in startups and investing, good team player and hands-on
- English proficiency required, and good writing skills on a full time basis
