A typical Day
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be building software for clients using different open-source technologies like Python, Django, React, Angular and others.. You will be working with cross functional teams using Scrum.

Onboarding for beginners
We created our Apprenticeship Program to ensure you are developing the skills and competencies that are important for the role of a full-time developer by investing learning hours and completing the job training we have designed.

Minimum qualifications
- Experience in software development OR studies related with Information Technology are required.
- Positive attitude and desire to improve is a must.
- Ability to write well structured, semantic, maintainable code.
- Demonstrates resilience, diplomacy, influencing, relationship building, and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills

Preferred qualifications
- Scrum knowledge
- Familiarity with Python, Elixir, Ruby or similar languages
- Fluency in HTML, CSS and/or SASS
- Fluency in Javascript, Angular and/or React
- Docker knowledge
- Open Source enthusiast
- Exceptional and effective written and oral communication skills.
