We are looking for an HR Administrative assistant with excellent command of English, management of advanced Excel, Outlook, Power Point and work experience as an HR administrative or HR secretary

Skills required:
• Confidentiality and discretion of the information that must be handled
• Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously
• Excellent planning, organization and monitoring skills
• Excellent ability to planning, organization and monitoring
• Focus on detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Main responsibilities:
• Manage the selection of candidates in the company

• Monitor the fulfillment of HR processes
• Responsible for executing the operation of HR initiatives
