Hub Inventory Analyst (fixed term contract for 1 year)

Perform SAP goods movements’ registration (good receipt & specific transfer) of Intercom-pany (A810) Indent (B801) and Drawback (B803) flows. Keep record of that activity
“Drawback” active ingredient consumption for Brazil finishes products; formulated under this regime.
Monthly Drawback inventory reconciliation between Brazil (B010) and Uruguay (B803) plants
Responsible for write off adjustment calculation and record, in a compliance way
Month end stock report of Uruguay plants: Intercompany (A810), Indent (B801) and Drawback (B803)
Month end good in transit report
Month end efficiency calculation
Carry out KPI´s for CP & SE business on a monthly basis
Freight variances analysis (purchasing versus selling records) on a monthly basis
On a daily basis, check that freight amount declared on supplier invoices matches with global definitions
Responsible for excess and obsolete inventory provision calculation (slow and no mover); twice a year
Responsible for collecting and analyzing physical inventory count information (in Paulinia site and Uruguay Free Zone warehouses)
Execution of archiving control; on a weekly basis
Responsible for CP month end closing communication
Responsible for sending accurate and on time information to I2P department on a daily base.
Responsible for transfer date report sending on a monthly base to Reporting department.
