IT Infrastructure Engineer

Axletree Solutions Inc. is a leading Bank Communications and Treasury Management solution provider based in New Jersey, USA. Axletree hosts the network connectivity to SWIFT, the global financial network, from their Datacenters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Established in 2002, through their Datacenters, Axletree processes SWIFT transactions for clients all around the world.

Axletree’s clients are provided with 24x7x365 global technical support from United States,Uruguay and India.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement and document of IT infrastructure solutions to match the requirements of Axletree Solutions Inc.

Network management, Server management (Windows, Linux), Virtualization VMware ESXI, Backup and replication, Corporate security (Updates, Antivirus, Data Lost Prevention, Mobile Security, Certificates, Encryption).


Other responsibilities:

Participating in the rotative On-Call 24/7 support for infrastructure needs as they impact business stability and functionality.

Assist in the department’s tickets and projects that represent infrastructure work and escalations from the support team.

Required skills:

- 4+ years’ experience as a Network administrator (Firewall, VPN, ACL, NAT, routing and switching, VLAN, trucking, QoS)

- 6+ years’ experience as a Windows System Administrator (AD, GPOs, WSUS, DNS, )

- 6+ years’ experience with VMware ESXI, vCenter, Replication, HA, VDP , SRM, Veeam solutions.

- 4+ years’ experience Enterprise Hardware management: Storage, SAN, ISCSI, NAS,replication, hardware maintenance and monitoring.

Have In depth knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on Windows and VMware environments.

Strong desire to assist the team and share knowledge.

Firm believer in the documentation process.

English Level (mandatory): Advance (speaking, reading and writing).

Appreciated skills/certifications (non-mandatory):

- BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- MCSE, CCNA, VMware and Linux certifications.

- Experience with open source solutions as Graylog, Squid, Nagios, KVM, Open Stack, Ansible

- Experience with Manage Engine products like SDP, OpManager, ADAudit
