LD&T Analyst - Inventory

Description:
The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and continuously improve our Inventory Management
Strategies to ensure that we have best in class processes and performance metrics for our Inventory
Management Process. Working in conjunction with all supply chain departments this role will monitor and
propose actions to ensure that we have optimal stock levels to support working capital, meet customer service
requirements, minimize risk and deliver our overall supply chain business strategy.

Primary Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement an Inventory model to ensure optimal safety stock and order policies in line with
Supply Chain Strategy.
- Run and maintain SMM Sequoia tool and any other related to inventory strategy.
- Review and support in conjunction with the Supply Chain Leadership Team optimal inventory targets and
working capital objectives.
- Develop and co-ordinate Inventory Performance Metric Dashboard to report and optimize working capital
and Inventory performance.
- Manage the Colonia Reserves Process (MIRA), ensuring compliance with PWF Reserve policies and audit
requirements. Ensure all identified risks are analyzed, investigated and action taken, where required.
- Champion and lead continuous improvement Projects to optimize Inventory Processes, using Lean/Six Sigma
Tools. Support any Business Improvement Projects that arise.
- Assist on the AOP Inventory Process and associated reporting requirements.
- Support monthly reporting requirements for PBR’s and Management Reviews.
- Establish Optimal Inventory Processes and risk management tools for NPI and EOP.
- Establish collaborative relations with all Supply Chain stakeholders and drive ownership for Inventory Risk
throughout the business.
- Meet all internal and external compliance responsibilities including GCS, and AIBI
- Communicate with CS, Operations, Supply and Demand Planning to keep them informed on issues and
constrains that could affect them and may require interaction.

Essential skills:
• Degree in Supply Chain/Finance or similar qualification in a related discipline.
• At least 3-year experience in world-class companies
• Excellent communication/interpersonal/management skills, both verbal and written
• Must be proficient in Spanish and English
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
• Be capable of working effectively in a cross functional environment
• Must be able to problem solve, innovate and execute
• Excellent Data analytical and reasoning skills – demonstrated experience in interpreting data and identifying
opportunities for improvement.
• A high awareness of cultural diversity and the ability to maintain working relationships at all levels.
