This position assists manufacturing area in different administrative and support tasks: production, maintenance, quality assurance and warehouse.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The tasks, duties and responsibilities of the position that are most important to get the job done:
• Make “Production Order Pocket” according to roll combination made by Warehouse
• Input production order in TOTVS and create “Weight Sheets” for production
• Check finish goods and QC hold inventory if there is rolls can be ship out
• Make rewind or recut schedule in Dusenbery according to things above, and coordinate with Warehouse to find the rolls in efficient way.
• Check rolls quantity after finishing orders to verify order is complete
• Join Sales/Production/Warehouse Coordination meetings
• Make production log sheet and filing as record for the production line as needed.
• Check “Lost Bobbins” data and cix in TOTVS
• Make “Informe de Producción” to get production results
• Make shifts for line leaders and operators
• Make 5S documents and Support 5S activities
• Control spare parts used by production
• Entrance of invoices to TOTVS (Maintenance)
• Daily movement of stock MRO (Maintenance)
• Analyze to quality related things (Quality Assurance)
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
The marginal or non-essential job functions are those that could be redesigned or reassigned to other employees, if necessary.
• Coordinate for controlling inventory
• Translate / Interpreter for needed Japanese visitors, mainly related manufacturing area.
• Other duties as the supervisor deems necessary

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum level of education and experience required to perform the job:
• Studies of Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineer
