Marketing Portfolio Specialist

The Marketing Portfolio Specialist will support our Nexion division, Nexion is a full service host travel agency headquartered in Irving,Texas. We support 4000+ travel professionals around the United States by providing support, training and fulfillment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the Industry Relations team by posting content in specific marketing applications to promote supplier partner offers in our travel advisor portal and on Nexion's business to consumer websites. • Nexion business to consumer website content management (control & creation of banner advertising & promotional content, manage content calendar) • Management of consumer direct mail and email marketing campaign (9 print, 26 emails annually). Communicate with supplier partners and gather applicable tactical offers, appropriate terms and conditions, along with supplier logo. Liaison with printing company and Travel Leaders Group creative services team on final print file creation and distribution. • Coordination of Travel Leaders Network consumer email program (232 emails per year), customizing email offerings with Nexion Exclusive consumer offers. • Partner with Marketing Operations Specialist and Industry Relations team to post consumer offers on our travel advisor portal. • Create supplier html emails, web banners, tiles and other creative assets that may be requested
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
Requirements
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Dreamweaver or similar, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress, Conscientious about the quality and accuracy of data and information. • Works well in a virtual team environment and demonstrates respect for team members (Miami, FL, Irving TX, Alexandria VA, Plymouth, MN, Montevideo) • Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects • Graphic design experience • HTML programming experience • Strong organization skills, attention to detail • Self-starter • Decision-maker (doesn't need too much direction) • Team player
