Role - Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Overview
Reporting to the Global Infrastructure Manager with responsibilities for the delivery of Network related activities to match requirements of Axletree Solutions Inc.

Any Engineering graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure/Networking tasks. Must be hands on. Responsibilities include:

1. Infrastructure projects:
a. Design.
b. Implement
c. Maintain
d. Document

2. Network management:
a. Maintain and secure WAN and LAN networks for Axletree’s datacenters, headquarters and branches.
b. Configure and maintain ACL for all Axletree’s sites
c. Configure and maintain WIFI networks.
d. Configure and maintain new VPN connections with customers.
e. Configure and maintain mobile VPN for remote users.
f. Monitor network health.
g. Maintain all network devices
h. Proxy and content internet filter for users browsing.
i. Troubleshooting
j. Inventory and Documentation

3. Corporate security:
a. Network security (ACL, IPS, VPN, MoVPN)
b. Antivirus management, monitoring and management
c. 2FA authentication management
d. Servers security (policies, hardening, monitoring)
e. Mobile security
f. Certificates
g. Encryption
h. Password management

4. Hardware maintenance:
a. NAS
b. Firewalls and switching

5. Certifications required:
a. CCNA
b. CCNP ( Optional )

6. Other duties include:
a. Participate in the On-Call 24/7 support for infrastructure needs
b. Assist in the support ticket resolution and customer projects that involve infrastructure

7. Communicaton skills: Highly proficient in spoken and written English
