The Office Manager is in charge to maintain and improve the office conditions for the general staff, coordinate company events and t&e, keep in order staff files, manage new recruitments, controlling expenses and invoices, send monthly reports and assist with specific projects to the immediate superior.

Requirements:
Age. 25-32
Sex. Female
Education level. Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or any other related field.
Special abilities
Make executive presentations
Proactive
Accounting knowledge
Languages required: Fluent English
Experience: Administrative assistant

Daily activities and responsibilities:
• Bill expenses
• Report to the accountant expenses and invoices.
• Review futures expenses
• Scheduling Service Payments
• Staff assistance control
• Social security control and other taxes.

Periodic activities
• Monthly BDGT report
• Monthly expenses report
• Monthly expenses analysis report
• Payroll Incidences
• File expenses bills
• Petty Cash control
• Every week see spending control with the accountant
• Purchase office supplies
• Contact with architect, Admon building and other providers
• Fund request for the local company
• Manage taxes payment
• Report payroll incidences to the accountant.
• Update staff files (payroll receipt, medical prescription, etc)

Eventual activities
• Seminars coordination
• Travel and expenses control and coordination (flights, accommodation, etc.)
