Job Objective:
Ensure the correct processing, calculation, and payment of employee payroll while complying with current labor regulations and the company's internal policies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process the company's payroll within established deadlines.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and other salary components.
- Manage the payment of legal contributions and withholdings (social security, taxes, pension funds, etc.).
- Monitor and record leaves, vacations, and sick leaves.
- Send the information to the Finance and Accounting teams related to payroll.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain updated employee records in the payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations related to payroll.
- Generate reports and analyses on labor costs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of labor laws and social security regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
