Payroll Analyst

Job Objective:

Ensure the correct processing, calculation, and payment of employee payroll while complying with current labor regulations and the company's internal policies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Process the company's payroll within established deadlines.
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and other salary components.
  • Manage the payment of legal contributions and withholdings (social security, taxes, pension funds, etc.).
  • Monitor and record leaves, vacations, and sick leaves.
  • Send the information to the Finance and Accounting teams related to payroll.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain updated employee records in the payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations related to payroll.
  • Generate reports and analyses on labor costs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and social security regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
