WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- As a Project Manager you will manage, supervise and lead one or more project teams

This includes:
> Organizing the project, breaking down tasks for ejecution and distributing them among team members
> Estimating the required efforts and elaborating a delivery timeline
> Making sure deliverables meet the company's quality standards and are within estimated schedule & budget
> Participate in programming activities and contribute to the project success
> Being in constant communication with clients, developers and superiors, reporting on the teams performance and the status of the project
> Support the team proactively, identify and address blocking situations taking care of the project development process

KNOWLEDGE THAT COMES IN HANDY
- BS/MS diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Project Management Qualifications (PMP) or equivalents
- Microsoft Certifications
- Scrum Certifications
- English (minimum level: First Certificate in English)

EXCLUDING TRAITS
- Minimum 3 years of development experience and 2 years as a Project Leader
- Completed degree in IT
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
