Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Work closely with our customers and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Ensure the projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget
- Play a leading role during project initiation to ensure that projects get off to a successful start
- Assist in the management of scope and any requests for change that arise throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as a main point of contact for customers during the project and relay on the team to ensure the most effective response
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project metrics
- Provide ongoing proactive communication to our customers on overall project status reports.
- Play a lead role at project launch and project closure to ensure success
- Participate in regular operations and forecasting meetings as required
- Be ready to provide at least a short and quick answer to urgent concerns from clients, at any point in time.
