We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team!

Responsibilities:

  • Publish job openings across job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen résumés and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers on both internal and external interviews.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from role definition to offer stage.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
  • Manage the creation of employment contracts and the documentation provided to new hires.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure clear, respectful communication.
  • Keep the candidate database updated and track processes through ATS tools.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, proactive sourcing efforts, and talent attraction events.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking activities, and other recruitment-related events.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Advanced English proficiency – mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
  • High adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Modality: On-site
