We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team!

Responsibilities:
- Publish job openings across job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen résumés and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers on both internal and external interviews.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from role definition to offer stage.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
- Manage the creation of employment contracts and the documentation provided to new hires.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure clear, respectful communication.
- Keep the candidate database updated and track processes through ATS tools.
- Support employer branding initiatives, proactive sourcing efforts, and talent attraction events.
- Participate in job fairs, networking activities, and other recruitment-related events.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Advanced English proficiency – mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
- High adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.
