Retention Agents - Afternoon/Evening Shift Sunday through Thursday

E-Teacher is the most important online language academy in

the world and is currently looking to add two new members to its Retention Team in

Montevideo.

Retention is a team with three main purposes:

1. Retain signed customers (who ask to cancel course participation)

2. Billing Problems- (to charge money from customers)

3. Selling additional courses to current students (when possible).

The compensation package includes, Salary + Fix Seniority Bonus + Performance Bonuses.

Profile Needed:

• Languages - Positions available in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese/Spanish

• Experience in Sales and/or collections is a MUST. Please do not apply if you do not have

previous experience.

Job description:

• Full time (5 shifts a week)

• Shift hours: Sunday through Thursday from 15:30-23:00

• 3 weeks training starting June 26th , 2017.
