We look for:
Candidates with degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Experimental Physics or equivalent field.
Three years of work experience with high-technology components will be required.
Other required skills will be: manual ability to work with optical and/or electrical precision components, English: intermediate level, Ability to write technical reports, Capacity to learn continuously, Flexibility and agility: be comfortable with an ever-changing and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, Ability to analyze and solve different problems, always looking for improvements and new solutions, and Attitude: Empathy, initiative, accountability.
As desirable skills, work experience in a production environment, Python: basic knowledge, Communication: excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and experience on optical systems calibration, and work on a clean room, and Knowledge about ESD protection, will be considered.
Target position:
As Experimental Optical Engineer you will be working in the Optical Payload Production Team, at the manufacturing facilities.
The main responsibilities are the alignment and calibrations of several optical systems of the satellite, run acceptance processes of different optical components, provide assistance to R&D in the development of new processes or products, among others tasks.
