Senior Sourcing Analyst

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the liaison between the business units and other support teams as well as manage key vendors.

• Manage the Vendor Engagement process for different business units.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with business units to ensure a successful completion of the project requests.

• Negotiate contracts with third parties, ensuring the company standard terms are agreed upon and the company's interests are protected.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define the technical requirements.

• Draft commercial terms for contracts for goods and services.

• Provide analysis that reflect trade offs between various value creation opportunities to identify optimal cost reduction opportunities related to corporate vendor expenses under a Total Cost of Ownership methodology.

• Identify cost reduction opportunities related to corporate vendor expenses.

• Ensure each corporate vendor goes through Altisource's standard compliance and registration processes.

• Assist with vendor set-up coordination process.

• Prepare professional business correspondences that are coherent, grammatically correct, effective and engaging.

• Initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationship with team members and clients.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

• Manage multiple internal and external projects.

• Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen the knowledge base and identify new savings/revenue generating opportunities.

• Acquire a holistic viewpoint of VMO's roles and activities.
