Service Desk Agents - English and European languages-

We’re looking for Service Desk Agents, passionate about learning, with excellent customer skills, to work in a multinational IT company.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls

-Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance

-Follow-up and update customer status and information



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-Languages required:
.Intermediate / advanced English level
.Intermediate English level and Intermediate / advanced Portuguese, German or French level

-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
-Time availability, including weekend shifts
-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
-Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills
