About The Position

The Online Community service representative is the front line for customer experience on our social pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). They are responsible for responding to comments on social pages, answering questions and providing information on our courses, monitoring complaints, improving social reputation and directing the users to the digital channel to complete registration.

This role is remote for applicants from: Asia, Europe, America, the Middle East and Africa. Only CV in English will be considered.

Primary Responsibility:

Multitask and manage different pages and languages.
Accurately respond in multiple languages.
Effectively explain product and promotional details on multiple brands.
Accurately capture and record all customer information necessary for customer support / sales etc.
Communicate relevant feedback (productivity or customer related) to the community team.
Manage complaints from end to end through relevant channels.
Attend and actively participate in all scheduled coaching, training, and certifications.

Requirements

Good home office working environment (quiet space, high speed internet connection).
Experience operating multiple pages and languages.
Excellent English, other languages are advantage.
Outstanding written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience, perseverance, and an ability to multitask.
Flexible availability 24/7 shifts.
Attention to detail and love of languages.
Proficiency in social media – use correct text, emoji, tag etc.
Technology savvy
Experience managing social community – an advantage
Experience with online education – an advantage
