The Job
Lead and supervise the Talent Acquisition department.
Create, develop, and execute search and hiring strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Use different strategies to attract candidates: direct channels, social media, online databases, Talkpush, etc.
• Responsible for the execution of the entire recruitment plan assigned to the site.
• Develop, determine, and execute recruitment strategies and processes.
• Plan and execute various internal and external openings and ramp plans.
• Comply with and implement established search execution processes including, but not limited to video and phone screens, interviews (online such as on site),
• Update status reports
• Update applicant tracking system on a timely basis to ensure accurate reporting on relevant recruitment metrics.
• Utilize data to report the company’s and recruiting goals and projections.
• Documentation follow up and administrative work related to new employees.
• Contract and needed documentation redaction.
• Distribute and comply with the department’s budget for the established plan for each quarter.
• Strong problem solving by proactively driving results and being solution-oriented
• Organization skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
• Recruiting for a high volume and variety of roles and levels in the daily basis.
• Develops and employs effective sourcing strategies that deliver diverse talent for current and future needs.
• Create new approaches in attracting talent through new ways of recruiting.
• Provides a consistent and positive candidate experience.
The Essentials
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition required (preferably in the call center industry)
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Portuguese is strongly valuated
• Demonstrated ability to execute full cycle recruitment searches
• Strong Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook working knowledge
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and meet time sensitive targets.
• Strong commitment to goal achievement.
• Schedule flexibility, including occasional weekends is required.
• Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
