We are looking for a person to join our Human Resources department to help us find the best candidates to join our growing company and contribute with our people care initiatives.
The Talent Acquisition Assistant responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screening interviews via telephone and planning assessment interviews, as well as hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating with managers to identify staffing needs.
Work in coordination with the sales team in order to preview potential business opportunities according to the available candidates and their skills.
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Conduct screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Assess candidate information, including resumes, contact details, and status using our recruitment software
Collaborate with employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Contribute with our people care initiatives (benefit management, celebrations, etc.).
Assist with HR administrative duties including maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records) and updating internal databases.
REQUIREMENTS
Related work experience.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced English language skills (will be assessed, do not apply if you don't have the required level) .
Courteous and positive attitude.
DESIRED
Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations or relevant field.
Commercial and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of employment and labor laws.
