Team Leader, Field Vendor Management

The Team Leader responsibilities include:

•Lead a team of Vendor Relations Specialists who engage, onboard, maintain, and monitor a vendor network of Real Estate Brokers in the United States.
•Organize team tasks, training, and assist with reporting activities.
•Ensure fluent communication with all departments that have a direct impact on Vendor Management Operations (VMO)
•Ability to take on business projects and work with cross functional teams, always looking at potential process improvements
•Maintain and manage relationships with vendors to ensure they are meeting SLAs (service level agreement).
•Develop strategic thinking, innovation and special projects that can add value to the team
