Detalles de la oferta

Key accounting responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Process UY payroll
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Keep accurate and auditable records of receipts for credit cards & payments
- Provide information to the external accountant to create the company’s financial statements

Office management responsibilities:
Run the efficient functioning of a 60+ person digital development and design office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.

- Office organization, purchase and manage supplies and equipment.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Oversee the Petty cash.
- Book transportation and local lodging accommodations for company executives.
- Provide support for company events, both on-site and off-site

Qualifications:
- Students or graduated of Bachelor of Business Administration
- 1 + year experience as a bookkeeper in medium-sized companies
- Fluent in english
- Experience in technology field, valued.

- Excellent organizational skills and accuracy

- Confidentiality
