Analyst- Vendor Oversight

Altisource Portfolio Solutions provides services focused on high value, knowledge-based functions principally related to real estate and mortgage portfolio management, asset recovery and customer relationship management. Utilizing integrated technology that includes decision models and behavioral-based scripting engines, we provide solutions that improve our clients’ performance and maximize their returns.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with a team of vendor oversight specialists in charge of the permanent oversight and assessment of vendors worldwide, by following strict due diligence procedures and reporting methodologies
•Develop descriptive, predictive and prescriptive models utilizing innovative statistical programming, data mining, deep learning and statistical analysis techniques
•Validate and improve data models by transferring learning from abstract mathematical concepts to real world data
•Ownership of data analysis component for applications at proof-of-concept stage as well as project level
•Build visualizations / dashboards / presentations to communicate to internal and external stakeholders the methodology, results and business impact of every deliverable
•Be prepared to work on a variety of technical areas. Be willing to learn new programming languages / tools / technologies as required, such as MS SQL, Excel BVA, Sequel
•Conduct regular risk analysis of vendors, incorporating relevant data from multiple internal and external sources.
•Contribute to develop efficient processes to ensure vendor compliance in all aspects as per the vendor category, working with all parties involved (Sourcing, Legal, and B.U.)
•Be the main point of contact for key business owners within and external with regards to vendor performance reporting.
•Support all initiatives to improve and expand Compliance’s function with regards to corporate vendor compliance.
