Billing Analyst for Sabre Hospitality

The SHS Billing Analyst is responsible for billing of Synxis Hotels and additional Hospitality portfolio products and services. Reporting and analysis is targeted at billing according to operational procedures. Responsibilities include new account creation/termination, contract management, Ad-hoc reporting, research and billing validation, pricing updates and credit processing. Interact with external customers, answering through email and phone billing inquiries from customers throughout the world, as well as with internal customers, coordinating with various teams (Finance, Account Management and Collections) for issue resolution.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent English language (oral and written) is required
• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
• Accounting background or account management, contract administration, and billing calculation experience will be considered a plus.
• Attention to detail, focus on the quality and accuracy of data and information
• Ability to work on a changing environment
• Strong Excel skills
• SAP, SalesForce and SharePoint system knowledge will be considered a plus
