Summary:
As a Customer Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing Sales Excellence via outbound/inbound interactions to both existing and potential clients, for all leads provided by the company. Successful agents are goal oriented problem solvers with a solid foundation of sales skills and product knowledge.
As an effective Customer Services Sales Representative, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
You will report to the Head of Client Engagement and will work with other teams inside the organization such as Fraud and Customer Service in order to provide feedback and be aligned with other team`s initiatives that impact in Sales.
You will be measured based on the amount of leads that you handle on daily and monthly basis, your influence and impact in conversion program. As well as your ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to welcome new clients with ultimate goal of achieving a sales interaction.
Make outbound calls to existing clients with ultimate goal of achieving a sales interaction using scripts.
Make outbound calls to existing clients with ultimate goal of solving problems or possible inquiries as well as asking questions to understand customer requirements.
Meet or exceed account interactions/dials goals per day.
Reach minimum productivity goal requirements. (Talk time and Contacts per day).
Acquisitions of new accounts on a day-to-day basis.
Ability to overcome multiple objections in the course of a sales call.
Efficiently and accurately educate customers on the website functionality.
Accurately log interactions as per Sales Call logging procedure and note useful information.
Adhere to department guidelines to minimize fraudulent activity and company risk.
Promote a positive and professional image on all contacts, internal and external.
Provide feedback on promotions prior to and post launch of specific customer-oriented campaigns.
Contribute to ongoing Sales Department project work when appropriate including inbound calls as per business requirements.
Requirements:
Solid verbal and written Sales skills: communication, listening, and problem solving in Portuguese and Spanish.
Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with exceptional time management.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to change and evolve with a rapidly growing company.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Be able to work with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Tele Sales experience is an asset.
Good knowledge of Brazilian culture is an asset.
English knowledge is an asset.
Ability to work rotative shifts.
